PURPOSE: To provide a free-access floor panel which can be used as a rectangular panel even though it can be laid along uneveness on a base floor surface, and which is flame-resistant, and which is inexpensive.

CONSTITUTION: A rectangular free-access floor panel having therein a wiring channel adapted to be communicated with a wiring groove in an adjacent floor panel, is composed of panel pieces 1, wiring channel members 1 interposed between the panel pieces 1. A fine gap is defined in a coupling part between each adjacent panel pieces l which are flexibly and integrally connected together so as to be laid at least along uneveness on a base floor surface, and the wiring channel members 2 are frame-resistant or noncombustible materials.
