To prevent abnormal noise from being produced from an accumulator in a freezer device used in a home-use refrigerator or the like when a rotary compressor is started to operate.

A connected part of a return pipe 29, a flowing-out pipe 31 and an accumulator 33 is arranged at a higher position than a center of height of the accumulator 33. There is provided a bypass pipe 34 in which its inner diameter is smaller than an inner diameter of the flowing-out pipe 31, it is branched from the flowing-out pipe 31, passes through the accumulator 33 and further its opening is lower than a center of height of the accumulator 33. There is provided a partition wall 35 for dividing an inner space of the accumulator 33 and further this partition wall 35 has a hole 36 communicating with the divided space. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to provide a freezer device used in a home-use refrigerator showing a high quality of silence.
