Title:
FREEZING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02187570
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the size of a separating circuit, to simplify the circuit, and to improve performance of the circuit by providing a refrigerant separating device which is provided at the outlet on the steam side of a gas liquid separator with a functional film to facilitate the passage of a specified kind of a refrigerant.

CONSTITUTION: Refrigerant steam compressed by a compressor 11 is partially cooled and liquefied by a condenser 12 and flows to a gas liquid separator 13 and separated into steam being high in low boiling point component R-13B1 concentration and liquid high in high boiling point component R-22 concentration. Steam having high R-13B1 concentration flows in a separator 101 and R-22 apt to permeate a functional film 103 is returned through a permeation outlet piping 107 to a line between the outlet of a first throttle device 14 and the inlet of a heat exchanger 15. Since R-13B1 is difficult to permeate the functional film 103, R-13B1 concentration is further increased at an outlet piping 106 of the separator 101 and flows in the heat exchanger 15. In the heat exchanger 15, high temperature high pressure refrigerant steam being high in low boiling point component R-13B1 concentration is heat- exchanged with a low temperature low pressure refrigerant having high R-22 concentration and cooled and liquefied, and is expanded by a second throttle device 16 and vaporized in a vaporizer 17. In this case, since R-13B1 concentration is increased to a high value, a further lower temperature can be provided.
