PURPOSE: To enable selective operation of a freezing device under the condition that a capacity does not exceed a source capacity by providing an interlock circuit which is designed such that a confirmation signal for operation of a freezing when each freezing device is in an automatic or a manual operation mode and in a manual operation mode is inputted as an interlock condition.
CONSTITUTION: Provided, for example, a local control device 2a is brought into a manual operation mode and local control devices 2b and 2c are respectively brought into an automatic operation mode, during an automatic operation mode, relays 10B and 10C are excited through relay contacts 6b3 and 6c3. Thereby, H2a-K3b-10b1-K4b-K3c-10c1-K4c-K1a-11A-6a1 are connected to excite a relay 11A. Further, since the local control device 2a is in a manual operation mode, the relay contact 6a1 maintains an ON-state. Even when, with this state, a manual operation command switch 8a is temporarily turned ON, since a relay contact 11a is in an OFF-state, an electromagnetic contactor 9A is not excited, a freezing device 3a is not operated. In this case, two freezing devices 3b and 3c are brought into an operable state.
