To solve the problem that a conventional frequency voltage conversion circuit has difficulty in keeping the linearity with respect to a frequency of a modulated signal to execute frequency voltage conversion when the center frequency is low.
The frequency voltage conversion circuit is provided with a 1st transmission line through which an input signal is transmitted, a 2nd transmission line provided with a delay line circuit 5, and a locked loop that is configured with a 3rd transmission line through which a reference signal is transmitted, a 4th transmission line provided with a delay line circuit 12, a mixer circuit 7, and a control circuit 18 that outputs the same control signal to a control section of both the delay line circuits 5, 12 so that a delay in the delay line circuit 12 provides one period of the reference signal.
