Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict inclination of a rotating element of a friction roller type speed reducing machine in respect to a rotary shaft.SOLUTION: A friction roller type speed reducing machine comprises at least a shaft 2 to which power force is inputted; a loading collar 3 fixed to an outer circumferential surface of the shaft 2; a first sun roller 4A fixed to the loading collar 3 and movable in respect to an axial direction of the shaft 2; a second sun roller 4B fixed to a cylindrical member in opposition to the first sun roller 4A and movable in respect to an axial direction of the shaft 2; a plurality of pinion rollers contacted with the outer circumference portions of the first sun roller 4A and the second sun roller 4B; and a ring roller having the plurality of pinion rollers contacted with the inner circumferential surface. The first sun roller 4A and the second sun roller 4B have a clearance Sa, at their opposing sides, among them and the loading collar 3, and a counter part of the opposing side is formed with guide surfaces 4AP, 4BP contacted with an outer circumferential surface 3P of the loading collar 3.
