Abstract:
To provide a frictional member excellent in heat resistance and by which miniaturization and large torque transmission are compatible.
Cellulose pulp which have been conventionally much contained in reinforced fiber materials is reduced. Instead of it, the frictional member is impregnated with spherical calcium silicate fiber excellent in heat resistance and acrylic fiber to improve the heat resistance. And further, fixibility required for the heat resistant member for clutches is secured by these materials and cork powder. A necessary strength for a preformed body is secured by spherical calcium silicate fiber and by mixing acrylic fiber, a product strength can be obtained.
