Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the title food having coating free from sticky feeling by edible oils and fats oozed from the coating only on heating and excellent texture, by incorporating a material obtained by absorbing edible oils and fats into a porous starch at a specific ratio into the coating.
CONSTITUTION: The aimed food obtained by incorporating an oil-absorbing body obtained by absorbing 100-400wt.%, preferably 300-400wt.% edible oils and fats into a porous starch into a coating.
