Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the title powder having low hygroscopicity and extremely high stability and suitable as an emulsifying agent or additive for medicine by adding a pulverizing agent to lecithin having high phosphatidyl cholin content and fractionating the mixture with an acetone fractionation method.
CONSTITUTION: A pulverizing agent (preferably alcohol-insoluble part obtained by extracting paste lecithin with an alcohol or an alkaline earth metal salt or both thereof) is added to lecithin having high phosphatidyl cholin content and then the mixture is fractionated using an acetone fractionation method to provide the aimed powder from the precipitation part.
