This frozen full-ripe pineapple is obtained by cutting a full-ripe pineapple in radiated directions in a removed state of at least a crown part and a bottom part, cutting and separating 4a flesh part in a circular arc state along a peel, wrapping the flesh parts in a transparent packing film 9, combining the parts into a barrel shape, covering the barrel-shaped flesh parts with the peel parts in the circular arc state and freezing the flesh parts.
