Abstract:
To obtain a raw horse-radish capable of preserving freshness for a long period of time and maintaining hygiene.
This horse-radish is obtained by housing a raw horse-radish 1 prepared by cleaning a horse-radish immediately after harvesting with leaving a small stem part 2 in a film bag 3 and packing the raw horse-radish in vacuum. The packing in vacuum is carried out by dividing one raw horse-radish into several parts.
