Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FRP composite container to be ruptured from the cylinder part of a container even when rupture occurs.
SOLUTION: An FRP composite container 1 has a runner 2 and an FRP layer. The hoop layers 4 and 5, wherein an FRP roving is peripherally wound around the cylinder part 21 of the liner 2, of the FRP layer are started to wind, as seen in the cylinder direction of the cylinder part 21, from an arbitrary position. Winding is effected in such a manner that the number of windings are uniform on the cylinder part 21 and winding ends in the same position as that of a winding start. Further, especially winding starting and winding ending positions are situated, as seen in the cylinder direction of the cylinder part 21, approximately at a central part. Thus, an FRP composite container 1 wherein rupture is started from the cylinder part 21 of the container even when rupture occurs is provided. Moreover, the FRP composite container 1 is provided to be constituted in such a manner that when especially winding starting and winding ending positions are situated, as seen in the cylinder direction of the cylinder part 21, approximately at a central part, a position where rupture is started is specified approximately at the central part of the container cylinder part 21.
