PURPOSE: To obtain candy containing fructose and branched dextrin at a specific ratio without using saccharides such as sugar, glucose, lactose, inverted sugar, reduced malt millet jelly and sugar alcohol, having low sweetness, hardly having hygroscopic property, excellent in solubility and viscosity and having good energy absorption efficiency.

CONSTITUTION: This candy contains 20-80wt.% of fructose and 80-20wt.% of branched dextrin (preferably a separation type molecular dextrin, having average 2000 and maximum 20000 molecular weight and 5-15 DE) and preferably further, contains oil and fat, millet jelly, juice, a sour agent, starch, a gelling agent and an emulsifier.
