CONSTITUTION: This powder scattering apparatus has a belt mechanism consisting of the upper belt and the lower belt and vertically provided on a conveyer for conveying a cake product and a introducing guide is attached to the belt mechanism and a powder storage hopper is provided on the introducing guide and a scraping-off means of powder is provided on the upper belt. Consequently, the powder can be uniformly attached to the surface of the product and tackiness of the product is eliminated and operation efficiency is enhanced and a high-quality product can be obtained.
