Fruit pulp or fruit juice containing fruit pulp is crushed while using a crusher having a rotary grindstone on the conditions of rotary grindstone intervals from 0.5 to 3.0mm, rotating speed from 300 to 2000rpm. When the fruit juice is not contained, the fruit juice is mixed with this crushed substance and by adding one kind selected out of saccharides, sour and specie and water into whole viscosity from 15 to 50cps as needed, the fruit drink is provided. In this fruit drink, the fragments of pulp having lengthwise length longer than 500μm are remained.
