Abstract:
To provide a fryer capable of promoting a heat exchange by exhausting combustion exhaust after sufficiently bringing the exhaust into contact with an oil tank.
The fryer 1 is provide with an oil tank 2 storing a cooking oil, a combustion heating device 3 for heating the cooking oil through combustion and an exhaust passage 4 for the heat exchange where the exhaust from the heating device 3 is brought into contact with outside faces 2d, 2e and 2f of the tank 2 to be exhausted outside the device 3. A plurality of partition plates 20a and 20b are disposed inside the passage 4 to make the exhaust from the device 3 flow zigzag by the plates 20a and 20b to be exhausted.
