This fuel battery cell is provided with: a membrane-electrode assembly 3 having a fuel electrode, an air electrode and an electrolyte membrane 27; a fuel supply part 8 having a fuel supply opening 64 for supplying a fuel therethrough; and a fuel diffusion part 10 diffusing the fuel supplied from the fuel supply opening to supply it to the fuel electrode. The fuel diffusion part 10 is composed by combining at least two kinds of distinct fuel-absorptive fuel absorbers.
