To provide a fuel cell, a manufacturing device for a fuel cell and manufacturing method for a fuel cell, capable of forming a gasket by easily and accurately positioning and arranging components of a single-cell formation member with a simple structure.
The manufacturing device for the fuel cell is equipped with a positioning jig 5 in which positioning and housing portions 53, 50, 54 and 55 are formed wherein a component 23 at an anti-separator side of a single-cell constituting member 2, a component 24 which comes in contact with a separator 3, and the separator 3 are housed and positioned in order to integrally mold a gasket 4 by laminating after forming a separator 3, a separator-side porous body 24, a MEGA 20, and an anti-separator side porous body 23 so as to gradually lessen their sizes in this sequence.
