Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that simplification of a fuel cel system is difficult, because it is required to measure the flow rate of a pure water passage and to perform flow control using a flowmeter.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell 1 for generating power by causing electrochemical reaction of a reductant gas containing hydrogen and an oxidant gas such as the air, a condenser and condensed water tank 9 performing water recovery, a condensed water supply pump 11 and pure water unit 10, a pure water tank 13 for using the condensed water by deionization, a pure water level sensor 15 for detecting the water level of the pure water tank 13, and a controller 14. The controller 14 changes the output of the condensed water supply pump 11, depending on the time required for the change of the pure water level sensor 15 during operation of the condensed water supply pump 11.
