A continuous absorptive member 13 is provided in a supplying gas passage region SA between supplying manifold holes M1, M3 in a film electrode juncture 10 and a generator 11, and in an exhaustion gas passage region EA between exhaustion manifold holes M2, M4 and the generator 11. A supplying gas passing through the absorptive member 13 is humidified by a moisture in the absorptive member 13, and flown into the generator 11. An exhaust gas containing a drainage from the generator 11 is flown into the exhaustion gas passage region EA from the generator 11, and the absorptive member 13 absorbs the drainage. The moisture inside the absorptive member 13 moves from the exhaustion gas passage region EA to the supplying gas passage region SA according to a moisture gradient.
