Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel component superior in resistance to fuel permeation and superior in fuel-resistance of its welded part, in particular, superior in fuel-resistance of its welded part for a long period.
SOLUTION: This fuel component superior in the fuel-resistance of its welded part is composed of a crystalline polyamide resin satisfying that concentration of amino end group is more than concentration of carboxyl end group, and further the crystalline polyamide resin and a polyolefin resin modified by unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative are welded. The fuel component is manufactured by molding the polyolefin resin modified by unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative, then injection-molding the crystalline polyamide resin satisfying that concentration of amino end group is more than concentration of carboxyl end group, and welding both moldings.
