Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel control system of an internal combustion engine capable of certainly switching the intake air amount used for calculation of the fuel amount only when air flows to an induction pipe from a brake assistor during brake operation.SOLUTION: The intake air amount detected by intake air amount detection means has response deviation due to the difference between fitting positions of the intake air amount detection means and intake pipe pressure detection means, the response deviation being corrected by response correction means to become an intake air amount after the response correction. On the basis of the comparison result between the intake air amount after the response correction and the intake air amount calculated from the pressure detected by intake pipe pressure detection means, the intake air amount used for calculation of the fuel amount is selected.
