Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cutoff valve 20B mounted on a fuel tank of an automobile, and stable in its valve closing characteristic without being rattled by swelling the fuel.
SOLUTION: This fuel cutoff valve 20B comprises a lid body 50 having a lid supporting part 56 for supporting an upper part of a case body 30B, the case body 30B, a float, an O-ring 44 mounted on an outer periphery of the case body 30, and a seal holding member 93. The seal holding member 93 is composed of a member having high shape retaining property such as polyamide including glass fiber, and thermally welded to a welding end 56a of a lid inner layer made out of modified polyamide.
