Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the injection sound caused by the high pressure in injection, to give advantage in space and cost and also a fuel filtering function even without enlarging a fuel distribution pipe.
SOLUTION: In the center of the pipe body section 2 of a fuel distribution pipe 1, a fuel passage 4 is formed, and in the center of two or more injector mounting sections 3, a branch passage 5, which nearly orthogonally branches from the fuel passage 4 and extends toward the fuel intake port 11 of an injector. At each portion of the fuel passage 4 facing the branch passage 5 from the branch passage 5, a silencer 20 comprising a support frame 21, and cylindrical basket-like filter element 25 and sound absorption material 26 is inserted through an injector insertion hole 6.
