Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make operation of a fuel injection valve appropriate, and thus to appropriately control a fuel injection amount.SOLUTION: A current detection circuit for detecting a driving current of a fuel injection valve is provided in an ECU. When a valve opening detection execution condition is satisfied, valve opening detection is executed to determine that a needle of the fuel injection valve has reached a full lift position on the basis of the detection current detected by the current detection circuit, and based on a determination result, a correction coefficient for correcting an output period of injection pulse is set. When the correction coefficient is set, an adjustment coefficient for the correction coefficient is calculated on the basis of a battery voltage at the time of the determination of the full lift position, and by using the adjustment coefficient, the correction coefficient is adjusted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
