Abstract:

To provide a fuel injection method capable of suppressing generation of back fire at execution of purge treatment of a fuel evaporation gas in a dual jet type internal combustion engine.

In the dual injection type internal combustion engine provided with an in-cylinder injection injector 11 and an intake passage injection injector 12, correction of a fuel injection amount corresponding to an introduced purge fuel amount is performed only by changing a fuel injection amount from the intake passage injection injector 12 at execution of purge treatment of the fuel evaporation gas when a sharing ratio of the in-cylinder injection injector 11 and the intake passage injection injector 12 is in a predetermined range.
