Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that in the conventional injector, since an out-orifice is arranged on the downstream side of a control valve of a three-way valve structure and the control valve is arranged in a hydraulic control chamber, the volume of the hydraulic control chamber is increased to increase pressure pulsation of fuel, and controllability of a needle is deteriorated.SOLUTION: In an injector, since an out-orifice hole 52 is provided in a control plate 6 located on a more upstream side of a control valve chamber 13 and further, the control plate 6 is arranged in a pressure control chamber 14, the volume of a hydraulic control chamber is made small, and thus the pressure pulsation in the pressure control chamber 14 can be reduced. Moreover, even when an out-orifice flow amount is increased for the purpose of reducing a fuel pressure in the pressure control chamber 14 at high speed to improve valve opening responsiveness of a needle 1, the pressure pulsation in the pressure control chamber 14 can be reduced. Accordingly, a deterioration in controllability of the needle 1 can be suppressed during the valve opening operation of the needle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
