Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve which can reduce closing delay of a needle valve after completion of emitting valve opening pulse signal by reducing bounce time at the time of opening the needle valve, and appropriately decreasing inverse squeeze applied across stoppers of the needle valve at the time of closing.
SOLUTION: A needle valve 5 is arranged inside a body 1 of this fuel injection valve in an axially movable manner and tiltably in respect to an axis of the body 1 by an inclination angle θ1. A stopper plate 11 is arranged on the side of the body, to which a stopper 51 of the needle valve 5 is abutted at the time of opening the valve. An inclination angle θ2 is provided between the stopper 51 and the stopper plate 11, in respect to a surface perpendicular to an axis of the needle valve 5. The inclination angle θ1 in an axial direction of the needle valve 5 is set smaller than the inclination angle θ2 between the stopper 51 and the stopper plate 11. The stopper 51 is so formed that a ratio between an outer diameter D, of the stopper 51 on the side of the needle valve and an inner diameter D0 of a body inner chamber 15, that is, D1/D0 ranges between 0.6 and 1.1.
