Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely roll up a dough even when it contains solid objects, etc., by repeatedly pressurizing the dough by means of a pressurizing part, which is provided for approaching and leaving a rolling-up part when a sheet-shaped dough on a carrier part is rolled up and molded.
SOLUTION: The carrier part 10 for carrying sheet-shaped dough 40 and the rolling-up part 20 on the carrier part 10 are provided, the pressurizing part 30 is provided so as to be adjacent to the rolling-up part 20 and the pressurizing part 30 is made to approach or leave the rolling-up part 20 so that dough to be rolled-up in the rolling-up part 20 is repeatedly pressurized. Thus, rolling-up is executed by restricting slipping even when a dough surface is slippery and, moreover, rolling-up is surely executed even in a case when the solid objects such as morrons and strawberries, etc., or granular materials are main cause of obstructing the rolling-up.
