A motor housing 6 is erected on the top face side of a base bracket 2 to provide a motor part M, and similarly a pump part P is provided on the lower surface side. A filtration part F is disposed in the outer peripheral part of the motor part M, and covered with a pump housing. A pump side communicating passage f1 is provided between the pump part P and the motor part M, and a filtration side communicating passage f2 communicating the motor part M with the filtration part F is provided in the vicinity of a bearing part at the tip in the erecting direction of the motor part M, whereby fuel taken from an intake port flows from the pump part P into the motor part M through the pump side communicating passage 11, and flows into the filtration part F through the filtration side communicating passage f2 to be delivered to a delivery opening.
