PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply control system capable of being applied to a V-shaped two-cylinder general purpose engine with a maximum exhaust amount from a small exhaust amount with one kind of fuel injection valve.SOLUTION: A fuel supply control system of a V-shaped two-cylinder general purpose engine is configured to change the number of times of injection or operation timing of a fuel injection valve according to an operation condition of an engine detected by detection means, in a V-shaped two-cylinder general purpose engine 2 having a fuel injection valve 6 in a throttle body 5, the throttle body arranged on an upstream side through an intake manifold 4 connected to a cylinder head of each cylinder 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
