Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately suppress a check valve 58 provided between a passage-side injection valve 14 and a feed pump 50 from being closed by pulsation generated downstream of the check valve 58.SOLUTION: A bypass passage 84 is provided downstream of a check valve 58. The bypass passage 84 is intended to cause fuel in a low-pressure fuel passage 22 to reversely flow to an inlet vessel 51. An electronically-controlled selector valve 86 switching the state of the bypass passage 84 over between a communication state and a cutoff state is provided in the bypass passage 84. An ECU 90 controls the selector valve 86 to be opened when a fuel injection quantity of a passage-side injection valve 14 or the like is small.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
