PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fume removal welding device which efficiently and unfailingly removes welding fume occurring when welding and the like is performed, and to provide a welding method.SOLUTION: A fume removal welding device includes: a welding torch 2; and cleaning means 13 which is provided adjacent to the welding torch and removes fume.
