Abstract:
To provide a fusion polypeptide and a use method.SOLUTION: The invention discloses a fusion polypeptide including fragments derived from first and second isoforms of an interferon lambda family, a nucleic acid for encoding the fusion polypeptide, a vector and host cell including the nucleic acid, and methods for producing and using a composition in treatment of an interferon lambda related disease, disorder and state. In one embodiment, the invention provides the fusion polypeptide having a first fragment derived from a first interferon lambda isoform, and a second fragment derived from a second interferon lambda isoform, the first and second fragments are fused on a fusion portion for forming a proximate polypeptide, the fusion portion includes a sequence of almost 6 amino acid which is equal to a corresponding sequence in the first and second interferon lambda isoforms.SELECTED DRAWING: None
