Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gable-top container an opening port of which has an excellent visibility and in which moldability is not damaged during molding of a can, and a panel for the gable-top container.SOLUTION: A gable-top container 1 includes a cylindrical barrel part 2, a bottom part, and a gable roof 4. The gable roof 4 is constituted of a pair of gable roof panels 41, a pair of gable wall panels 42 which are folded between the pair of gable roof panels 41, and a top seal 46 which is formed by bonding of upper ends of these panels. The gable roof panels 41 are respectively folded along a lateral folding line 40 in a longitudinal direction with respect to the cylindrical barrel part 2. The lateral folding line 40 is constituted of a lateral folding main line 401 which so extends as to be inclined with respect to a horizontal direction, and a generally horizontal linear auxiliary line 402 which is continuous with the lateral folding main line 401.
