The ball cutting teeth 14(1) and 14(2) integrally rotate in the 180° offset state around the respective center lines 13a of rotation. Four game balls are put out at constant intervals while one ball cutting tooth 14(1) rotates at 180°, and next, four game balls are put out at constant intervals while the other ball cutting tooth 14(2) rotates at 180°. This operation is repeated.
