In this game data confirmation system using a portable terminal device, a game machine, a game web server device, and the portable terminal device are connected in a network. Game data created by a game machine are recorded in the game card and the web server device. A two-dimensional code attached to the game card is photographed by the portable terminal device, and location information is decoded. The web server device is accessed using the location information, and a game data web page is received and displayed, so that contents of the game data recorded in the game card can be confirmed.
