Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly perform initialization processing of a storage part for holding various kinds of variables related to progresses of games so as to enable a quick shift to a next game.SOLUTION: The game machine includes control means for performing processing related to game operations on the basis of storage data in a storage part. The storage part is divided to an initialization target area to be initialized whenever one game is finished, and to a non-initialization target area other than that. In the non-initialization target area, an area is provided for storing time information and driving data for use in a stop driving for stopping reels. The initialization target area is initialized before the end of a period in which a prescribed driving data is kept till the time based on the time information is elapsed so that it becomes possible to shift to the processing for a next game. And also, the length of the period in which the prescribed driving data is kept is arranged shorter than the length of a minimum game time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
