To provide a garbage disposer for facilitating the maintenance work and operation work of a plurality of garbage disposer main bodies efficiently within allowable power consumption.
This garbage disposer has a plurality of the main bodies 1 each of which is provided with a volume reducing means 6 for reducing the volume of the garbage in a disposal vessel 2, an agitating means 4A for agitating the garbage and a discharging means 11 for discharging the vapor/steam generated while the garbage is treated to the outside. The bodies 1 are controlled to be operated while being interlocked with one another so that this garbage disposer can be operated efficiently as a whole according to the operation condition of each of the bodies 1 to promote the disposal of the garbage smoothly as a whole by correcting a trouble even when the trouble is aroused in any of the bodies 1.
