Abstract:
To prevent temperature rise of an operating part or a handle provided on a main body lid by heat generation of the operation part itself or heating by other part.
This garbage disposer is provided with a main body 1 of the apparatus, the main body lid 2 covering an opening of the main body 1, and a handle 2b for opening/closing the lid 2. An operation part 29 comprising an operation switch 29a and a display 29b is provided on an upper front part 2d of the lid 2, the handle 2b is positioned on a front face 2c of the lid 2, and a vent hole 31 is provided near the handle 2b for passing outside air therethrough.
