Abstract:
To provide a garbage disposer in which a breakdown is not produced in a stirring means, or the like, even when a foreign matter hard to crush is mixed.
This garbage disposer includes a container 1 for storing garbage, and a stirring means 6 for stirring the garbage in the container 1. The stirring means 6 is constituted of a drive shaft 3 driven by a drive means 8, and arm members 4 which are mounted on the drive shaft 3, and provided with stirring blades 5. The stirring blades 5 can move in a prescribed distance from the inside surface of the container 1. Thus, even when the hard-to-crush foreign-matter is mixed, the stirring blades 5 move away so as not to produce the breakdown in the stirring means 6, or the like.
