Abstract:
To provide a refuse drying device capable of not only preventing refuse from igniting, but also improving energy efficiency resulting from the absence of thermal energy discharge caused by discharging dry air, decreasing a running cost, preventing odor generation by letting odor components move to and dissolve in drain water, and decreasing the amount of inert gas used as well as power consumption.SOLUTION: The refuse drying device for drying refuse by heating gas prepared by adding inert gas to air for use in drying ignitable refuse and circulating the heated gas in the system, comprises a dryer body 1 having a refuse drying chamber 10, a heater 2 that heats gas being introduced into the dryer body 1, a condenser 3 that cools and condenses high humidity gas discharged from the dryer body 1, a gas circulation line 4 that circularly connects the dryer body 1, the heater 2, and the condenser 3, a gas circulation blower 5 disposed in the gas circulation line 4, and an inert gas supply device 6 that supplies inert gas into the system of the refuse drying device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
