A controlling means is arranged for deciding a scheduled starting time by making the time go back from the preset scheduled finish time by the operation time T1 calculated in the operation time calculating mode, starting the operation based on the treatment operation mode at the decided scheduled starting time and stopping the operation based on the treatment operation mode at the scheduled finish time.
