SOLUTION: A garbage treatment machine is equipped with a garbage treatment tank 2 subjecting housed garbage D to heating and drying treatment, the lid member 3 covering the opening part 2a of the garbage treatment tank 2 and a stirring means 8 stirring and grinding garbage D housed in the garbage treatment tank 2. In this case, the taking-out port 16 discharging garbage D after heating and drying treatment by the rotatory power of the stirring means 8 is provided to the side part of the garbage treatment tank 2 to sanitarily take out the garbage D after treatment so as to generate residual quantity slightly.
