PURPOSE: To carry out water purification without using a power source by constituting the title facility from a lower pond, an upper pond, a wind powered pump pumping water in the lower pond to the upper pond, an embedded water permeable pipe introducing water to the lower pond while water in the upper pond is purified or the like.

CONSTITUTION: The gardening facility is constituted of the upper pond 1, the lower pond 2, a soil trench 3 connecting two ponds 1, 2, the wind powered pump for pumping water in the lower pond 2 to the upper pond 1 provided in the lower pond 2 and a water sending pipe 5. The soil trench 3 provided in the ground between the upper pond 1 and the lower pond 2 is constituted of the water permeable pipe 6 embeded in the ground and having pural water permeable pores 7 provided to the pipe periphery thereof, peripheral sand 8 and a water- proof sheet 9 provided below the pipe 6. The water in the upper pond 1 is exudated to the peripheral sand 8 from the water permeable pipe 6 through the pores 7 and purified with soil microoganism or the like and recovered again by the water-proof sheet 9 embedded below the water permeable pipe 6 and flowed into the lower pond 2.
