In the gas barrier thin film-stacked body comprising a polymer film and an inorganic film at least by one layer, respectively, at least one layer of the polymer film is a polymerized film formed by spraying a polymerizable monomer-containing gas on the surface of a base material under the atmospheric pressure or under the pressure in the vicinity thereof, and performing polymerization on the surface of the base material.
