Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the title gas circulating laser oscillator equipped with a gas exhaust system capable of preventing a laser gas from being polluted by the lubricant of a gas circulating blower.
CONSTITUTION: The title gas circulating laser oscillator is equipped with a controller 61 capable of controlling opening and closing valves 15-18 to be closed so that a laser gas may not be exhausted from a gas circulating path 8 during the time from the actuation stopping operation of the gas circulating blower 9 of the title gas circulating laser oscillator to the final stoppage of the inertial rotor revolution of the blower 9.
