Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas shut-off apparatus allowing an operator or user to perform remote recovery operation without adding any new return mechanism for performing remote recovery operation.SOLUTION: The gas shut-off apparatus includes: an external communication part 12 that communicates with the outside; a control section 13 that determines whether a terminal of the external communication part 12 is in a short-circuited state; a valve drive section 14 that drives a valve to open and close; and a connection wire 15 that short-circuits the external communication part 12 in a remote operation mode. When the control section 13 determines that the valve drive section 14 is in the valve close state and the terminal of the external communication part 12 is in the short-circuited state, the control section 13 controls the valve drive section 14 to open the valve to thereby carry out the remote recovery operation.
