Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a gas dispersion plate capable of preventing the defect of the gas dispersion plate in a gas phase polymerization device having a stirrer in a fluidized bed, namely the reduction of drawing-out efficiency due to the increase of a gas to solid ratio at the upper part of the dispersion plate.
CONSTITUTION: In the gas dispersion plate in the gas phase polymerization device having a stirrer in a fluidized bed type polymerization tank, upper parts of respective pores of the gas dispersion plate are covered with caps 12 having openings 13 in the one direction and the direction of the openings is 90°-135° in the outside against the tangent of the flow of the circulating stream of the fluidized bed generated by agitation.
