Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently generate liquid in which desired gas is dissolved at high concentration.SOLUTION: In a hydroponics apparatus, culture solution 91 is injected from a liquid injection nozzle 331 into a mixing container 32 in which air is filled, so that the air is dissolved in the culture solution 91 under a pressurized environment. Thereafter, the injection of the culture solution 91 is stopped after predetermined time or after a predetermined amount thereof is injected. The proportion of the air in the mixing container 32 is smaller than that of the normal atmosphere since the oxygen is easy to be dissolved in the culture solution 91 compared with that of nitrogen. Subsequently, the supply of the air to the inside of the mixing container 32 is started by a gas supply section 34, and the supply of the air and culture solution 91 left in the mixing container 32 are exhausted. New air is filled in the mixing container 32, so that the concentration of the oxygen in the mixing container 32 becomes that of the normal atmosphere. In the hydroponics apparatus, the culture solution 91 at a high dissolved oxygen concentration is efficiently generated by repeating the foregoing process while returning the culture solution 91 exhausted from the mixing container 32 to a liquid injection nozzle 331.
